BEER REVIEW – [Grimm] Halftone

Not So Sweet Tasting Grimm IPA Goodness!

If there’s one thing that can be said about Grimm’s Halftone IPA, it’s that the beer is a gosh darn enigma.  I can’t find a decent nugget of info on this beer anywhere, I’m flying blind!

Here’s what Grimm Artisanal Ales has to say about this beer (via Instagram as there was no info on the website):

“Halftone 6.3% IPA (passionfruit, strawberry, citrus, & pine).”

I’m not sure how exactly they do it, but Grimm has some of the best smelling beer in the game.  Even though this time around I didn’t find the beer to taste anywhere as fruity as it smelled – yeesh, what a delicious fruit stink this beer has.  Just wonderful.  I’d tell you how it tastes, but, ya know – you’re supposed to watch the damn video, so go do that.

Until next time, watch the video above and let me know what you think about Grimm in the comments below!
